Responsibility
- Support Finance staff with data entry into QuickBooks.
- Maintain and organize legal, employment, and general files.
- Ensure data entered into the CRM system is up to date and accurate.
- Respond to all employment inquiries and track progress of potential hires to successful employment or filed and responded inquiry.
- Manage supply orders, keep basic items stocked, schedule cleaning and routine office maintenance, and order and track equipment purchases.
- Handle incoming calls and maintain a professional manner as the first line of contact with customers and partners. Maintain and update phone system as needed.
- Support Project Managers with the implementation of processes and programs for management of federal contracts.
- Working with the CEO to provide routine reports on organizational progress.
- Maintain a companywide travel and meeting schedule.
Job Requirements
Strong project management, data management and support skills
Effective time management, organization and leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Administration required
University degree or college diploma in related field desired
Self-starter with a strong positive attitude

5D Software Project Manager
Improve project outcomes and efficiency by establishing key objectives and by planning, executing and evaluating project activities.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day and all operational aspects of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Efficient and effective communications internally and with customers.
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
- Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator’s career interests.
- Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.
- Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members.
Project Accounting.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Manages project budget.
- Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Additional Qualities the ideal candidate will have include:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing Department of Defense projects
- Experience managing unmanned vehicles or robotics projects
- 3-5 years experience in commercial project management
- Experience in an early stage company
- Get it done / help any way I can attitude
- Solid technical writing skills
